By job type
All three job types (Movin' Boxes, Dump Run and Large Item Pick-up) use the same fare formula. The heavy-item fee applies to refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, gun safes, sectionals and sleeper sofas, so those jobs pay more for the same miles.
